TRUST & TRANSPARENCY
Privacy Policy
Clear responsibilities. Respect for your rights.
Version 1.0 · Last updated 5 October 2026
Understand how we handle information, protect your rights and define our responsibilities. Contact our team if you need clarification.
1. Who we are and what this notice covers
Synvertix Technologies Private Limited (CIN: U62012KA2025PTC210255) operates this corporate website. This notice explains information handled through website visits, enquiries, careers correspondence and SynAura Website Help. Separate product notices and contracts apply to product accounts, payment services, call recordings and customer deployments when those services are introduced. A product roadmap does not mean that service is live.
2. Information we handle
When you submit an enquiry, we receive your name, email, optional phone and company, enquiry type, product or service interest, message and confirmation that you have reviewed this notice. We also receive information you voluntarily send by email. Hosting, email, CDN and security providers may process IP addresses, browser/device details, requested URLs, request times and delivery/security logs. The application uses short-lived request tokens and temporary rate-limit records to protect the form. Do not submit passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, card data, bank credentials, identity documents, medical records or another person's confidential information through this general enquiry form.
3. Why we use information
We use enquiry information to respond to the request, discuss products or engineering work, assess a partnership or careers enquiry, maintain relevant correspondence, prevent abuse and resolve complaints. Technical information supports delivery, troubleshooting and security. We do not treat an enquiry as consent to unrelated promotional campaigns. Where consent is required, it must be specific and may be withdrawn; other processing is carried out only on grounds permitted by applicable law. Visiting this page is not blanket consent for new purposes.
4. SynAura Assistant and cookies
The current SynAura Assistant answers from reviewed information inside your browser. The widget does not send your questions to an external AI model and does not persist chat in browser storage or send chat to our server. Chat remains in page memory until cleared, reloaded or closed; links you choose follow the destination's privacy practices. The enquiry form sets an essential synvertix_csrf cookie with an approximately 30-minute lifetime to prevent forged submissions. The website code does not currently add advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies. Hosting/security services may use essential mechanisms independently. Optional tracking, if introduced, will require an updated notice and consent controls where applicable.
5. Sharing, service providers and external websites
Enquiries are delivered to our authorised business mailbox and accessed by personnel who need them for the request. Our current website/email infrastructure uses Hostinger; infrastructure and mail providers process information to deliver those services. We may share necessary information with professional advisers, authorised service providers or authorities where legally required, and in a lawful business restructuring subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell enquiry information or use the current website chat to train external AI models. If you choose a Translate link, Google Translate receives the public page URL and handles your visit under its own privacy practices. No translation provider is contacted by our translation links until you choose one. Social networks and product websites are external destinations with their own notices; a link is not an endorsement of their data practices.
6. Retention, deletion and international processing
We retain correspondence only while needed to handle the request, an ongoing relationship, applicable recordkeeping duties or legitimate dispute/security requirements. We review whether records remain necessary and delete or anonymise records when those purposes end, subject to lawful holds. Email copies and provider backups may take additional time to expire under provider retention cycles. We do not promise immediate deletion from every backup. Infrastructure providers may process information in more than one country; this corporate website does not promise India-only storage. Transfers must comply with restrictions and safeguards applicable to the processing. Product-specific location requirements are addressed separately before launch.
7. Security and incidents
The website application uses HTTPS-compatible delivery, encrypted SMTP connections, form-origin checks, short-lived anti-forgery tokens, input validation and submission limits. Enquiry contents are not intentionally written to application diagnostic logs; provider access and mail logs are separate. These controls reduce risk but do not guarantee perfect security. We investigate suspected incidents and make required notifications under applicable law. Please report a suspected exposure privately to support@synvertix.com without posting secrets or downloading unrelated data.
8. Your choices, requests and complaints
You may contact us to request information about your data, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion. We assess requests under the rights and obligations applicable at that time; verification may be needed to protect against impersonation. We will explain lawful retention or other limitations rather than silently refusing. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing but may prevent us from continuing the requested service. Start with contact@synvertix.com, subject “Privacy request / complaint”, and provide only the information needed to identify your correspondence. You may also use the postal contact below. These routes do not limit access to competent regulators, courts or other remedies available under law.
9. Children and changes
This corporate enquiry website is intended for adult business contacts and is not designed to collect children's data. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to contact us. If we learn that children's information was submitted without an appropriate basis, we will review and remove or otherwise handle it as required. Material changes to processing will be reflected in a revised notice and, where required, additional notice or fresh consent. We do not retrospectively authorise new uses simply by changing this page.
